Design a mechanism that can convert a 1000mm diameter to a 1400mm diameter table with a single lever

This is more complex than it may sound, first you need to lift the main table top about 10mm, then move all the leaves out from under the top and then drop the top down to a new level at the same level as the lower leaves, get the user to flip over the alternate leaves and then pull the whole mechanism together to lock it in place.
